April Activities

The baseball club at Chengdu International School.

Are we counting down the days? Not yet, but it is getting close. Anna is finishing up her freshman year and preparing for Greece. Kenan has another month of his freshman year and then we prepare for a looong flight. We are still Chengdu-bound. Traveling out is still a bit of a problem. We have had many opportunities though. For Easter, a student came and visited. We had lots of fun, and guests, on birthdays. We also hosted a party for a Swdish friend with lots of Tibetan friends attending. We are spending more time at the schools - using the opportunities Father is giving us. We had a team in recently. Not one we planned, but their travel plans were restricted as well. We were able to use them in the schools as well, and they even had more contact with several of our university students. Trish is currently helping with a training and will go out to a Chinese area with our partner afterwards. We will try and see our Yushu girl in may - although it may require her traveling to meet us as we travel to Xining. We then host a final team - for visioning - at the end of May. After that, lots of packing and preparing as Kenan finishes school and we head out.
